In 1902 (last year of production) serial numbers started at 281,251 and no ending number is listed. I have Vorisek's book which lists serial numbers of the Forehand First Model, Double Action, Exposed Hammer. The first digit (3) on the grip strap is a light strike that does not match the other numbers. The problem lies in the serial number, which appears to be 368417 on the grip strap butt, 8417 on the top strap and cylinder. On the barrel it says, 1st line: Forehand Arms Co Worchester, Mass USA and on the second line: Pat'd Dec. I have a top break, exposed hammer revolver that I need help identifying.
